Position: Graphic Designer

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (hybrid available after waiting period)

Details

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, you’ll create impactful designs across various channels. We're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, is creative and passionate, communicates effectively, and is proficient in design software.

Responsibilities

Writing Copy

  • Craft captivating copy for emails, PowerPoint presentations, organic and paid social media posts, and video scripts in collaboration with communications team

Designing Marketing and Branding Assets

  • Develop visually appealing marketing assets including organic and paid social graphics sales collateral, PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with internal departments to provide materials and access to assets.

Product and Industry Expertise

  • Possess internal drive to become knowledgeable about EMI Health insurance products and go-to-market processes. Utilize expertise to provide value through content creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Windows-based system).
  • Willingness to explore and learn new tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colors, and image composition as applied to print and digital.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Strategic skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and adhere to timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with video creation in Premier Pro is beneficial.
  • Experience with email campaign platforms (HubSpot) a plus.
